General Terms & Conditions

For orders placed with Stainscare via stainscare.com, governed by Austrian law (KSchG, FAGG).

This English page is a courtesy translation. The German version is legally authoritative; in case of any discrepancy, the German text applies.

1. Scope & Contracting Parties

2. Formation of Contract

The presentation of products in the shop does not constitute a binding offer, but an invitation to order. By completing the order process, you submit a binding offer. The contract is formed upon our order confirmation by email or upon shipment of the goods.

3. Prices & Payment

All stated prices are in euros, inclusive of statutory VAT, plus shipping costs, which are shown before the order is completed. Payment is processed via the payment provider Stripe (credit card or other payment methods offered by Stripe).

4. Delivery

Delivery is made to the shipping address you provide within the timeframe stated on the product page, unless otherwise agreed. Delivery area: Austria, Germany, Switzerland (where selectable at checkout).

5. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal pursuant to the FAGG. Details can be found in our Right of Withdrawal.

6. Warranty

Statutory warranty provisions apply. Consumers are entitled to a warranty claim under the provisions of the ABGB and VGG.

7. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the country of your habitual residence remain unaffected.
